"Pretty quick and easy"
I’m not sure what else to say really—it got sorted faster than I expected and there wasn’t any hassle, so I was happy with it

"Delivery was okay, but the reminders were a bit much"
I ordered from Sheba and the package did show up, but it took longer than I was expecting. The tracking was also slow to update, so I wasn’t really sure what was going on half the time. Everything arrived in good condition and nothing was missing, so that part was fine. My main complaint is the aggressive reminders and notifications, they felt a little too pushy. Overall, not a terrible experience, but I’d definitely prefer faster delivery and fewer constant reminders next time

"Easy Checkout, Slow Delivery"
The checkout process was super easy and didn’t give me any trouble, which I appreciated. That said, the delivery took longer than I expected, so that part was a bit frustrating. Overall, a decent experience, but I wish shipping had been quicker.

I really enjoyed the food here, it was tasty and definitely satisfying. The prices did feel a little high to me, though, but maybe that’s just because everything’s getting more expensive these days. Overall, still a good experience

"I actually like the food options a lot…"
I actually like the food options a lot, which is why this has been frustrating. I’ve had two orders arrive later than the date they originally showed, and on one of them the tracking basically never updated, so I had no idea what was going on. Customer service did respond, but it felt more like a generic reply than a real solution. If there are delays, I get it, but customers should be kept informed and the company should take responsibility when things don’t go as promised. At this point, I’m not sure I’d order again

"My cat does like Sheba, so…"
My cat does like sheba, so I can’t really complain too much there. She eats it without giving me that dramatic stare, which is always a win. But after a while, the flavors start to feel kind of same-y, if that makes sense. Like, I’ll be standing there picking one out and thinking, haven’t we basically had this one already? I really wish they had more options, especially more fish flavors, because my cat is picky and gets bored fast. It’s good food, but the variety could definitely be better

"My cat is super picky, super picky, but…"
My cat is super picky, super picky, but she really seems to like the Sheba trays, especially the chicken ones. Most of the time she licks the bowl completely clean, which says a lot for her. I only took off one star because there are a few flavors she just walks away from like I personally offended her. Cats being cats, I guess

"Helpful, but I Still Double-Check Before Buying"
I use Sheba a lot when I’m trying to figure out cat food flavors and pack details, because apparently my cat’s dinner choices are now a life-or-death mission. Most of the product info looks accurate, and the pictures usually match what I see in stores, which is genuinely helpful. But sometimes I’m left dramatically squinting at the screen wishing there were more details, like the exact texture or whether a multipack has changed recently. I’ve had to go check the store website too before buying, just to be safe. It’s not bad at all and it gets the basics done, but I wouldn’t trust it completely every single time. A little more clarity and updated info would make it way better.

"Weird smell and my cat wasn’t interested"
The food smelled kind of weird as soon as I opened it, and my cat barely touched it. I also felt a bit passed around trying to figure out if this was normal or if I should return it, which was frustrating. Overall, just not a great experience for us

"Maybe I just caught a bad batch"
My cat has always been a big fan of Sheba, so I was kind of surprised by the last few packs I bought. The timing must’ve just been bad because some of the trays seemed a little watery, and the smell was stronger than what I’m used to. A couple of them also looked like they had fewer meat pieces than normal. It wasn’t terrible, and my cat still picked at it, but for the price I expected it to be more consistent. Hopefully it was just an off batch

"I’ve been really happy with the…"
I’ve been really happy with the Sheba packaging. The portions are just right for my cat, so I’m not dealing with half-open tins sitting in the fridge anymore. She eats one tray and that’s it, with no waste left behind. They’re also easy to open, which I appreciate when I’m trying to get out the door in the morning. It’s a small thing, but after using them for a while, it really does make feeding time so much easier.

"Pretty good everyday cat food"
I wasn’t really expecting much when I picked this up, mostly just needed something easy to keep on hand for regular meals. The packaging is fine, it doesn’t have a weird smell, and the ingredient list looked decent enough compared to a lot of the other options I was looking at. After a few days of serving it, the important thing is that my cat actually eats every bit of it, so I’d say it’s been a good choice for daily feeding

"Checkout Was More Frustrating Than It Needed to Be"
I tried using a couple of promo codes and they just kept failing, which got annoying fast. The checkout process already felt clunky, and on top of that I kept getting aggressive reminders to finish my order, which made me want to abandon it even more.

"My cat keeps coming back to Sheba"
I’ve been buying Sheba for my cat for a while now, and it’s become one of those brands I just feel good about sticking with. My cat seems happy with it, which is the real test because cats are picky little critics. I do wish the website had clearer stock info though, it’s a bit annoying not knowing for sure what’s available before trying to order.

"Good food, if you’re patient"
The food has been solid every time I open it—smells normal, looks fresh, and I haven’t noticed any dry or weird pieces. My cat basically inhales it, so clearly he’s not complaining. I’m giving it 4 stars because the delivery can be a little slow sometimes, but I guess it’s worth the wait when the product actually shows up in good shape.
